BUT... despite all this Simon never waivered in offering patient, helpful practical and technical advice to assist me. Even to sending me a very clear and helpful email within minutes for me to consider. So anyone coming to this website can rest assured in my personal opinion they are dealing with an efficient, friendly and genuine person who will do his best for all who visit, whether he gets the order or not. In my book this is the mark of someone who would never knowingly let you down. Carlisle is lucky to have this man trading in that area. If I was living there he would definitely have got my business regarding the transponder key - no doubt about it. Finally, "thanks Simon for all your advice - although I may have to go down the road you hinted at and trade a little closer to home" with a man offering what seemed to you a very fair and efficient service also in transponder keys. All the very best for the future in all your business dealings.
